How much has wealth grown in the euro area countries? Who owns the largest share? And how has its composition changed over time?
The Household Wealth Observatory, a new project by First Cisl’s Fondazione Fiba, provides answers to these questions. The Observatory provides ongoing monitoring of developments in household wealth, based on the analysis and processing of data from the ECB’s Distributional Wealth Accounts (DWA) and Eurostat. It is a continuously updated source of data and analysis, designed to provide insights into one of the key issues shaping the country’s economic and social future.
