{"id":2083,"date":"2019-11-20T16:41:51","date_gmt":"2019-11-20T15:41:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.firstcisl.it\/creditocooperativo\/?p=2083"},"modified":"2019-11-20T16:45:43","modified_gmt":"2019-11-20T15:45:43","slug":"federveneta-raggiunto-accordo-sul-premio-di-risultato","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.firstcisl.it\/creditocooperativo\/2019\/11\/20\/federveneta-raggiunto-accordo-sul-premio-di-risultato\/","title":{"rendered":"Federveneta, raggiunto accordo sul Premio di Risultato"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Lo scorso luned\u00ec 18 novembre \u00e8 stato siglato l\u2019accordo circa l\u2019erogazione \u2013 mese di dicembre &#8211; del Premio di Risultato anche in Federveneta.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn considerazione del grande sforzo profuso da tutti i dipendenti in questi ultimi anni \u2013 c&#8217;\u00e8 scritto nel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.firstcisl.it\/creditocooperativo\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2019\/11\/PDR_federveneta.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">comunicato sindacale<\/a> &#8211; abbiamo insistito anche nel richiedere un riconoscimento aggiuntivo. La nostra costanza \u00e8 stata premiata con una ulteriore erogazione di oltre 400.000 euro, che sar\u00e0 riconosciuta tramite un versamento individuale di 100 euro a ogni dipendente nella propria posizione del Fondo Pensione. Inoltre \u00e8 stata ottenuta, non senza fatica, la conferma della maggiorazione del 20% in caso di scelta welfare. Come l&#8217;anno scorso, ricordiamo brevemente gli aspetti fiscali.
